Hi! I’m looking for a place and/or roommate with a budget of around $1500/mo, give or take. I work as a Zookeeper so I would like to be close to Happy Hollow Zoo, but I’m flexible on location!

I like to spend my free time drawing, going birding, listening to vinyl, visiting antique stores, hiking with my dog, and overanalyzing the special effects in my favorite sci-fi movies - really, I’m just a weird and goofy nerd. I would love to team up with someone around my own age with similar interests who I can be friends with, but that’s not a requirement! Just coexisting is fine too. I like a quiet house and don’t smoke, drink, party, bring home uninvited guests, or play loud music.

I do have a 50lb mixed breed rescue dog. She’s shy with new people but warms up after a few minutes, at which point she will be in your lap giving you kisses (yes, she is a lapdog, and no, she’s not too big!). She is house trained, crate trained, not destructive, and gets along great with other dogs - she’s currently living with my parents and their dog who is her absolute best friend. She would not be good with cats unfortunately!

I’d love to meet any potential roommates in person! I’m not much of a coffee drinker so I’m down to get breakfast, go for a nature walk, or just find a good place to chat and see if we get along :)
