I’m 39, clean and well mannered. Respectful of others around me. I don’t drink or do any substances. I’m a quiet person with no friends coming over or spending the night. I’m going through a divorce and after my wife moved out there was no reason to keep renting a big house I don’t utilize. I’m looking for a safe and quiet place to live and save money compared to a big house. I’m pretty much the roommate you’d never see. I keep to myself and typically work on the computer nearly all hours I’m awake. And of course I pick up after my dog.
