Hello! I am looking to team up with someone for a 1 year lease starting in July. I don’t have a preference on male or female. I would like a professional, someone who is clean and someone who is mindful of quiet hours . I would also like to roommate with someone who doesn’t have a lot of company over.
I work hybrid - 3day in office and 2 days from home (I may start going in 5days). I am very mindful of shared spaces. I do cook throughout the week. Smoking of any kind is not okay.
