Hi! I’m helping my 25-year-old daughter find a safe, clean, drama-free room in a quiet, gated community Green Valley/Henderson, Inspirada, Silverado Ranch, or Southern Highlands) starting April 2026.

She’s super easygoing, works in hospitality 2 jobs (so she’s often out early mornings/afternoons), keeps things tidy, no pets, no smoking/partying, and gets along with everyone. Budget is $600–$700/month + utilities.

Looking for:

• Another young professional female (20s–30s) or multiple females that are chill
• Private bedroom (private bath is a bonus but not required)
• Gated or very safe building/neighborhood
• In-unit laundry and decent parking are huge pluses

We’re happy to do video tours, meet in person, provide references, whatever makes you feel comfortable. Just want her in a place where she can come home, relax, and feel secure. 😊
