I am a single 39 year old woman looking for a room to rent. I have 2 newly adult son’s who are now spreading their wings for the first time So, I am not renewing the lease for this size house for myself. That being said kids may stop in from time to time. I have a medium size female dog, she is very friendly, she thinks she is a cat, house trained, other pets are always iffy though because she is playful!
