I’m a working professional (M-F with one wfh day a week) looking for someone to share a place with mainly to save money. I’m gay male, am mostly a homebody but enjoy exploring coffee and food places, like to bake, play video games (switch), workout on the weekends, and a social drinker. I’m new to the LA area and still building my friend network, but would enjoy having people over for game nights (boards games or party games on the Switch) or movie nights. In terms of what I’m looking for, the “needs” are definitely in-unit washer/dryer, a parking spot, and my own bathroom. Not sure what else to write about, but I’m an open book and happy to answer any questions:)
