Hello, my name is Janell and I hope to find one other person to move into our place with my friend Alexandria. We have a house we are renting in Manteca, and the room is small, but easy to maintain. I have a dog, and a cat, and then I’m roommate has a cat. I’m hoping to find somebody without pets if possible seeing as having more pets in the home would be a lot. We don’t care if you smoke, but personally I don’t want it in the home per our lease agreement. We are both very clean, I always am doing the chores on the weekend because I actually enjoy cleaning. We are both very open, and would love to be friends if you are open to that as well! The room is $800 an month with the name on the lease, and utilities are roughly $150. Your name has to be on the lease per out property manager. Let us know if you need help, or room measurements. This listing is bring put out only due to out 3rd roommate needing to move out. Also if you have a kitchen table or a couch that is a bonus as our old roommate took his back of course. We are willing to work with you however we can! Take care.
