I’m a semi-retired professional consultant in the cinema/movie/ hospitality industry, also have serious legal training. (I’m currently working from home on a legal case I filed several years ago rapidly coming to a successful conclusion.) I have an outside stream of income that more than pays rent. I’m easy-going, clean, get along with everyone but extraordinarily busy so tend to stay by myself and stare at my laptop. I am social when I have a moment to breath, have a lot of good stories people seem to like, especially about movie stars and rock bands I have known. I’m well educated: interests in American history, politics, zoology, business, architecture, antiques and of course movies. Used to lecture a bit on entrepreneurism and marketing. I don’t smoke or do drugs but others smoking doesn’t bother me, fully vaccinated, was a volunteer Guinea Pig for testing the Moderna vaccine before it was approved.
My current landlord is taking advantage of market to sell this house so I’m on deadline. I’ve been there four years. Great personal & professional references, including that Landlord and other past co-tenants.
I pay cash and am never late. I have a provable permanent monthly source of outside income. I have recently pulled five credit reports and a Been Verified Report. I don’t have any pets, but don’t care if others have dogs or cats are fine. Personally I am not gay but have zero problem with those who are, have had a lot of friends in that community.
