I am a 33 year old transmasc person with some severe disabilities. I am personable, friendly, clean, and have a good track record of payments to current landlord/roommates. I don’t have any animals, or children. I am looking to move to somewhere cheaper, as my current landlord has raised my rent and I am very quickly becoming unable to afford where I currently stay. I have references and can pass any background check required.
