Hi! My name is Andrei, and my fiancée and I are currently looking for a room to rent in Florida, with a move-in date sometime after May (flexible).

I’m a college student majoring in Business Administration. I’m an American citizen (born in NJ) and originally from Europe. Since I was 13, I’ve worked as a freelancer in several fields, including construction, sales & marketing, and logistics. While I’m currently focused on school, I have a stable income, savings, and can comfortably cover rent and living expenses.

My fiancée and I are both clean, respectful, quiet, and easy to live with. We keep shared spaces organized, communicate clearly, and always pay rent on time. During the week we’re usually focused on work/school, so we tend to keep things calm and low-key. We’re non-smokers and have no pets.
