I’m a 43 year old female looking for a large room (to accommodate king size bed and bedroom furniture) w/ a private bath-also a GARAGE is a MUST! Or large shed that’s easily accessible. I definitely need a place to store my tools/supplies and to swap out for the various jobs I do. I work a great deal between detailed home cleanings, getting homes ready for pre-move in or sale, painting, landscaping/yard work. Very clean and organized, helpful/handy around the house including any minor repairs, paint, landscaping and more. My current place has been perfect and I pay in advance but she is having to sell the home.
