My partner and I are currently looking for a private room, basement apartment, or studio in the Montgomery County / Silver Spring area or nearby. Our budget is up to $900/month with utilities included.

We are responsible, respectful tenants who value a clean and peaceful living space. I work as a daycare teacher and receive bi-weekly pay, and my partner Carlos is a military veteran currently working on building a career in security. We can provide proof of income if needed.

We are looking to move around July 10th.
