Two chill car guys, James has a full time job plus reserve weekends every month so he’ll be out of the house on long work days. I work in childcare. We have two cats Email and Louie, both taken care of and litter box wouldn’t be in common area. We would prefer a house since we do maintenance on our cars, and side projects, nothing crazy so a garage would probably be a communal workspace plus cars. We don’t party, I meal plan and often cook for whoever’s in the house. James plays video games and I paint. Together we love weekend adventures, antiquing, estate sales and nature. We have lived together before, just in an apartment. Shared spaces should be kept clean but not to a show room standard, so don’t leave dishes in the sink, don’t let the trash always overflow, things like that. personally our room stayed clean enough with no food trash ect. Ummm I think that’s it. Just looking for a friendly person and a place to stay
