I’m a very private person, and tend to stay to myself. As I am disabled, I would be home most of the time, but spend most of my time in my room.. Disclosure: I am a smoker, and would prefer to be able to smoke inside my room, but respect others wishes and can go outside, but I and my things will still have a smell of cigarette smoke. Otherwise, I’m very respectful and, as I said, tend to stay to myself. I do have a young child (5 year old daughter) that would eventually visit on a fairly regular basis (approximately once a week for a couple of hours for right now), as well as on holidays. I also have a 13 year old daughter but visitation in the home would be limited if at all, at least for quite a while. I value private and respect, both given and received above all else. As for duration, it wouldn’t allow me to put a range. I’m looking for ideally a month to month situation to start, but would like it to turn into long term assuming it’s a good fit for both of us.

ALERT: I have bad credit and will not be accepted for most leases, which is why I’m on here. I have never had an issue with paying rent every month, on time, but I am still running into the problem where I am being turned down for any lease due to my credit. So it would have to be a situation where the agreement is between us, or no credit check is needed.
