I love a good book, outdoor adventures, and sending snail mail. I crave a home space that is bright, clean, and tidy— hopefully, with walls featuring art I’ve collected. In my dream setting, “home” is somewhere quiet with views of green spaces and a bit of yard for gardening. I enjoy the occasional meal or game/movie night together but am content with my own company. I am not into parties, don’t smoke, and only drink occasionally.

I have two ESA cats. Basil is an 12-year-old fluff who will gladly salivate over your meal, whether he likes the food or not! Zephyr is a 10-year-old short-hair, who sports a periscope tail as he walks from room to room. Both are affectionate and love to play. They may learn to get along with a low-energy dog, but unfortunately, both have been aggressive towards other cats.

I am open to childless, non-smoking roommates who are 30-45 years old. You must be respectful and communicative. I would expect chores and a cleaning schedule to be mutually agreed upon and adhered to.

I currently live in New Jersey. If you think we have potential as roommates, I’m happy to chat and meet in person. My move-in date and budget have some flexibility for the right situation.
