Hello! I’m a college senior looking for a place to stay near the job I am beginning after graduation. The Trolley Square area is most preferred but anywhere within easy driving distance of Wilmington is on the table.

I am hardworking and respectful of house rules. I also do not play loud music, loud games, etc. My budget is $500-$1000 monthly, and I’m very willing to make sacrifices in terms of amenities to get closer to the lower end of that range, although I do require decent internet access. I am flexible!
