Hi! I’m a 56-year-old working professional looking to team up with a female roommate to find an apartment together, ideally for a July 1 move-in.

I’m currently looking in the Greenbrier, Eastern Virginia Beach, or Western Branch areas, and aiming to keep my total monthly budget around $1000 all-in.

I know roommate situations can feel a little uncertain, so I try to keep things simple — I’m respectful, easygoing, and value a calm, comfortable home where everyone feels at ease.

A bit about me: I’m an early riser and tend to keep a steady routine. I enjoy cooking (happy to share a meal now and then if you’d like), and I keep a clean, organized space. I’m not a partier — more of a quiet night at home type.

I’m a dad of two and a proud poppop of three, so I come with built-in “dad energy” — dependable, considerate, and very respectful of boundaries and personal space. I’m also handy around the house and like to keep things running smoothly.

I love pets, even though I don’t currently have any, so I’m open to a pet-friendly home.

One of my more unique hobbies is collecting and restoring antique phonographs — I enjoy a little history and character in things.

I’m hoping to find someone responsible, communicative, and looking for a peaceful, easy living situation where both people feel comfortable in their own space.
