Hi! My name is Kobe. I’m 28 and work full-time as an Inside Sales Agent at AAA in Costa Mesa. I’m looking for a clean, stable room to move into by the end of the month.

I recently went through a breakup, so I’m moving on my own and trying to keep things simple. I’m responsible, respectful and easy to get along with. I live a pretty low key lifestyle.

I have a small 6 lb Yorkie who is fully house-trained and doesn’t shed. I can keep him in room if needed. He’s very friendly.

Because of the timing of my move, I’m hoping to find a place with a more flexible move-in cost, like: first month + a smaller partial deposit. I am open to getting a 2 bedroom apartment and splitting with someone as well. I’m reliable and committed, just in a transition period.
