I’m a friendly, easygoing filmmaker from Norcal. I am going to be attending SMC for Film Production and I am hoping to find housing nearby. I am cleanly and quiet. I’m also very flexible, if you need a roomie to be a friend or if you need someone who’s going to just stay out of the way and pay rent on time, I got you. I can move in with about 2-3 months rent, but I will need to find a job once I move. Assistance would be appreciated but not needed.
