I am a 48 year old professional Male, I have been self-employed for almost 17 years. I am an ASU graduate, father to 2 adult men who currently both serve in the US Military, and I myself served 4.5 years with 2 deployments to the Middle East in the early 90’s. I am very easy to talk with and I am very clean and organized. If you are a messy person who does not take pride in your home, and basic chores such taking out the garbage, washing dishes and doing some basic upkeep of your home please do not contact me, I am more than willing g to help and I usually go above and beyond due to my background and the way I was raised and how I taught my children at a young age to be respectful, clean and more importantly to never be afraid to work and help others. I’m not some Drill Sgt by any means I just see too many ‘adults’ who believe it’s okay to live like slobs, shy away from a hards day work and believe someone else will parent them and wipe their butts when they are in their 20, 30 and 40’s. Okay, I’m done with that little bit about me, if your still there I’d love to talk, take a look at your room(s) and see if we are a good fit. I work a lot of hours, I need 5-6 hours of sleep and I always have time to work on my truck, have a beer or go to Walmart and buy some things I really don’t need but love to have anyways. I am very respectful of people’s privacy and their space and I would expect the same. I am just out of a very toxic and unhealthy relationship with a woman I have known almost 35 years. I have boundaries and when I feel like I’m not being the man I want to be or changing my morals for someone else’s poor behavior and parenting, it’s time to find me again and have some time to do the things I enjoy due to the short amount of time I am not working or on a roof. I have built homes, worked for Intel as an Electrical Engineer, traveled the majority of the world as a soldier and as a Engineer who trained students in close to 15+ countries. I was a licensed Building Inspector in Az for 12 years and my company won Maricopa’s Business of the Year in 2012 and again in 2014. I have been roofing for 12 years but started my Roofing Company and Professjonal Home Services gig in 2016 and I have never regretted a day of work I’ve done for myself in close to 17 years. I am actually pulling some tar out of my hair as I type this, from a tough job that took 16 hours yesterday. Ok, not every day is fun but I make it manageable and enjoy it the best I can. My past has had its rough spots, like most of us have gone thru and now it’s no different but I stay positive and teachable so, life is ok today. I talk too much, I know. I am looking for 1 or 2 rooms if possible, a master bedroom would be great. A little room. To store a few things and hang my clothes, brush my teeth and sleep is all I need. I am looking for a 1-2 year lease if the rent is fair and we fit . I hope to chat soon as I am hoping to make the move this week. Thank you and I look forward to meeting you. John
