Hi! I’m currently looking for a basement apartment in the Aurora, lone Tree or Parker area, with a target move-in date of the first weekend of May.

A little about me: I’m a quiet, respectful professional who works from home, so I’m around most of the time. During warmer days, I like to work from outside! In my free time, I enjoy long walks and weekend activities.

I also have a tiny 5-year-old Mini Poodle named Bella. She’s very loving once she gets to know you and is happy to greet you excitedly if you’d like the attention - otherwise, she’s perfectly content keeping to herself with me.

Ideally, I’m looking for a basement apartment that includes: • A kitchen • Yard • Garage space • A private entrance

I do have a little wiggle room in my budget for the right fit.

Ideally I’m looking to not share the space and to have autonomy.
