I am an older lady looking for a peaceful place to live. Preferably women only or a female household, though I do not mind men as long as everyone is respectful and I’m allowed my own space and privacy. I’m very easygoing and understanding — I do not mind noise, friends visiting, or people being up at different hours doing what they need to do. I’m extremely clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. I generally keep to myself and do not usually have friends over, though my adult children do visit me from time to time. I do have my kitties, and they are a must. They are very well cared for and never allowed to roam freely. They stay either in my room or go outside with supervision if they want to be outdoors. I take cleanliness very seriously and spend money to make sure there are no odors. We are very clean, quiet, and respectful. I’m simply looking for a comfortable, respectful living situation with good people.
