Looking for roommate to find new apartment with. Currently in Newmarket with 3 roommates and managed to save up enough for a down payment on a new apartment to have hopefully just one roommate to move somewhere with. I have $1500 to go towards a new apartment. Ideally split a rent of a place totaling 1700 (with or without utilities in that rental price is fine). Very clean and organized as a person and would love to get a cat! Need somewhere with parking and either has laundry in the unit or close by. Preferably a 1st or 2nd floor because I’ve had enough with carrying groceries up stairs! 😆 My boyfriend might come over from time to time or my best friend, but mostly I tend to be out and about when not working or just relaxing. Hoping to find a roommate who I can be comfortable around and who helps keep the space clean and is responsible for their part of bills. Also I love cooking/meal prep so will likely offer food often. I wake early and sleep relatively early. Dont party or drink and like my music when cleaning. Big on communication and respect 🙏
