Hey! I’m Victoria, 18, from Nassau County. I’m working on getting more independent and looking for a safe, calm place to live. I’m responsible, clean, and keep to myself but friendly once I get to know people. :3

My budget is around $300–400/month, but I’m totally fine with an uneven rent split if the other person has the larger room or higher income. I always pay my share on time and keep common spaces tidy.

I don’t party or bring drama — I’m just looking for a peaceful, respectful space where everyone feels comfortable.

I can move ASAP and I’m open to short-term or month-to-month at first if that’s easier.
