Aminah

Hi! I’m Aminah, a John Jay College of Criminal Justice graduate with a degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice. I currently work as a substitute teacher and in behavioral therapy.

I’m clean, quiet, and respectful, and I like to keep my space peaceful and organized. I’m introverted but friendly, easy to get along with, and enjoy natural, comfortable interactions without forcing anything.

Outside of work, I love weightlifting, going to the gym, and keeping dumbbells at home for quick workouts. I also enjoy audiobooks, calm mornings, and living simply and intentionally.

I’m ideally looking to rent a room in a house since I value a grounded, homey environment. But I’m open to other options if it’s a good fit.

I’m open to living with someone who’s responsible, respectful, and steady about rentwhether you’re a working professional, student, or creative type building your own path. I just appreciate people who communicate clearly and keep the space pleasant. Safety is major for me. I also have a small car, so having a simple parking spot or driveway access would be ideal nothing major, just somewhere safe to park. Also I’d rather not be too deep onto the island because that is far from work and support system.
