I just learned that my landlord is selling the house that I’ve rented for over nine years. Talk about a surprise! So now I’m looking for a place to rent and have been thinking it would be nice to have a housemate.

I’m hoping that I can find a woman to share the space with, as I’ve always done well living with females. I’m a guy who values a woman’s presence in the house, and if we could become friends of some sort, that could be awesome.

I’m a supportive person who will always have your back. I’ve taught at UMBC, am bright and creative (a MICA grad), and a licensed professional. I’ve been a designer and artist for many years. If you want to see some of my art, check out murraybloomphoto.com.

I’m peaceful, quiet and work mostly from home. I’m also bright, sociable, and easy to get along with.

I like movies and music, have a ton of DVDs and a terrific audio system. If you like to read, there’s plenty of books, too. Lots to enjoy.

Also, I have three friendly kitties (named Fiona, Skittles and Rascal). If you have a cat, he or she is welcome to join the family. My cats prefer to roam the house and be social, and they’re indoor cats, never going outside.
