25y/o Male Looking for a room, I have no pets, but don’t mind a house with them. Looking for a room with a private bathroom preferably. Would prefer a place with 2-3 occupants max (including me) Currently in a house with 5 roommates and it’s too much. I’m quiet, respectful and friendly to most all lifestyles. I don’t smoke but don’t mind if others do. For work reasons I’d ideally want to be somewhat close to Southern & Unser. I work 40 hours a week with somewhat varying shift times. Would like to stay 850/mo or under (utilities/internet included) but may be able to do $900 for a very good fit.
