Jay & Eliza

Hello and salutations! We’re two sisters looking for one to two (preferably) roommates to live with us in a rental house in the Lake Nona/Narcoosee area of St. Cloud. The house has not been selected yet.

My sister and I will be fully covering the security deposit and 1st month of rent. We’re hoping for the move in date to be within the month of November. We will need 1 roommate to sign the lease with us. My sister and I will cover all application fees for potential roommates as well. The lease signing roommate must have a monthly income of at least 2.5k before tax.

We’re aiming to rent a 4-bedroom house. The average rent (not counting utilities) split between 3 roommates will be about 850$ MAX for this area. (Some homes are 750ish) All utilities will be split evenly between eldest sister and other roommates. Aka employed roommates.

Jay will primarily cover (Eliza will cover the rest) all extra rent related expenses until the 3rd roommate is found. Eliza is unable to work normal jobs due to her disabilities. Most of her income will go to her medical bills etc.

About us: We’re two sisters in our late twenties who enjoy casual gaming, anime and animals. We each both own pet cats so please be aware! Both of us are stem major college grads. We like to clean and organize. Both of us are introverted and are fairly quiet.

Jay works full-time and has a part-time job as well. Before tax monthly their income is 2.7k. Income with part-time job will be an additional 1.4k before tax at the minimum monthly. Total 4.1k.

Eliza suffers from a lot of ailments and issues, so please refer to the document if you are serious about us! We’re LGBTQ+ friendly, pet friendly (dogs need to be cat friendly), any age friendly, Semi-Cannabis friendly (Edibles only, no smoking due to sister’s severe asthma), Children and Couples are on case by case please reference document. Females preferred but not required, dudes are cool as long as you aren’t weird about it. Absolutely no smokers allowed.

Eliza will be doing most of the meeting and hanging out to see if we like each other due to Jay’s schedule being busy. Background checks will be conducted at the final stage. If you wish to background check us in turn, we will gladly provide the information so you can! The link below is a document explaining everything in more detail if interested in us.
