Professional Seeking Long-Term Room or In-Law Apartment Beginning July 1 Hi! I’m Erin, 40, originally from Milwaukee and have been living in Connecticut for the last three years after 17 years in NYC. I work full-time in hospitality in Westport and also run a small film and production company. I have excellent references, strong credit, no pets, and live a quiet lifestyle. I’m looking for either: • A furnished private bedroom with a private bathroom, or • An in-law apartment or studio My ideal budget is $1,100–$1,600/month.
