I am a divorced, single female. I work out of the home Monday through friday (monday-saturday sometimes) I am looking for a private room with a 3/4 or full private bath and would love a private entrance and I’m able to pay a little bit more if these things are available. I am a liberal Democrat and would need the same from room mate. 420 friendly. (I Don’t smoke the flower) I like to go shopping at secondhand stores I like talking I’m a Gemini. I only enjoy loud music in my car. I am a clean person and everybody says that, but I actually mean it. I am a type a personality, and i am very organized. I do enjoy a little bit of gardening, but just not too much strenuous, digging and weeding. I currently have had at least 10 background checks in the last three years due to my work, and have no issues or concerns with completing another one. I have a driving abstract record, which is completely blank meaning no traffic tickets no accidents no limited driving rights. I recently moved into a shared housing in December after living in a third story apt. It is ground floor. The owner of the home is male and we’ve had one other tenant who has moved out and I’ll be month-to-month starting June 1st. and I’m not sure if I wanna stay or if I wanna find a better fit/arrangement. I just recently, I lost my senior dog, and have been finding it difficult in these first early weeks to come home too an empty space. I also think that I would be better off, living with female or females, middle aged or a little younger that are maybe divorced have gone through some shit and can be trusted and would like the same in a shared living arrangement. Please know inquiries about basement dwellings or second floor. I am only looking for ground floor arrangements.
