Hi everyone! I’m looking for another woman or two women roommate(s) to apartment hunt for something in: Bayside, Floral park, Forest hills, Queens village, Woodside, Bellerose, Flushing, Fresh meadows, and Springfield, even parts of Manhattan, or well built affordable apartment complex.

A 3-4 spacious bedrooms 1+ bathroom in a safe secure neighborhood with public transportation (subways, LIRR) nearby and we split the rent, hopefully all utilities are included so it’d be just monthly rent and split costs for WiFi. I am in college, schedule changes often as I am also part time working. Would prefer someone with similar lifestyle but any sound mind working female individual is welcome.

I want to move in before January ends and my monthly budget is $850-$1000. So if we find a place with our needs under $3000 then we can manage! I have already found a few places we can apply to as well.

I am very quiet, clean and respectable of everyone’s space, demographic, religion. I cook healthy, bake and have many hobbies when I’m not studying. We don’t have to automatically be besties haha, but let’s remain respectful and friendly :D I would love to go on girl duo affordable adventures in the city or doing some bowling, painting, maybe movie nights. If you’re more introverted that’s okay too!

We will have clear outlines of who’s doing what chores, shower schedule, grocery runs and have direct communication so everyone’s able to function. Please you have to be responsible with bills while balancing personal expenses and maintain a clean environment in common shared areas! We’ll establish ground rules and a healthy dialogue. Give eachother a heads up if anyone will be over. I do not smoke, non smoker/vape roommate or please smoke outside coming from a soon to be health professional :) I do not drink any alcohol. I have 2 mini gamebird who stay in their enclosure and barely make noise. No dogs, sorry, I am allergic to them unfortunately!
