Hello, thank you for reading. For income, I currently work as a Uber, lyft, and Grub Hub driver, but intend to finish my single subject teaching credential at Cal Poly Pomona and return to substitute teaching as well. My background is in education, working primarily as a substitute teacher and restaurant server until unfortunately the pandemic hit. During that time, I utilized my medical benefits to have a two very successful back surgeries and shoulder issues. (Snowboarding accident & Played a lot of baseball) My goals were 1) recuperate from surgeries and 2) Significantly pay my student loans to keep the balance from accruing before returning to finish my Masters at Cal Poly Pomona. I would be great to live with because I am mature, responsible, and respectful of others. Personally, I don’t forsee bringing any personal visitors, leaving a mess, being early with the rent, and without worry of becoming a nuisance.

My only real “baggage” is that I own two vehicles, and would need a place on the street to park in reasonable walking distance to them.
