Hi! Nice to meet you, I’m Steph. I’m 40+, Seeking a room to rent a room in a safe, clean area and home, I don’t smoke & drug free.. I’m a very friendly person, I’d say I get along with everyone and I interact with, lol. I consider myself mindful and considerate of others, as well as respectful of others’ space and privacy. I’d love for the same, in return. I appreciate a clean space, so would definitely do my part in keeping my area of the home, a nice living environment for all. I would be working remotely from home, full time. I do enjoy & would love & appreciate a nice friendly roommate(s), but Im also perfectly fine with limited interaction as well. No worries, no drama. I do have a small shih Tzu dog, sweetest little guy, very loveable and chill. He’s very calm and usually just sticks close to me. Not hyper active at all, lol. I always keep him super clean as well. I’m hoping to find a peaceful place that’s pet welcoming & in a safe area in or around Houston, within my budget and rooming with like minded, responsible adults.
