44-Year-Old going through divorce and looking for a place while I figure out the future landscape. I am very clean, quiet and easy to room with. I keep things very tidy. I stay mostly to myself. When I am at home. I intend to watch movies. I do love to cook so there would be meals provided as it’s impossible to just cook for yourself right? Lol I drink only occasionally and do not smoke or do any drugs. I tend to not be home much as I love to be outdoors and go to the gym. I do have three children ages 9, 3 and 1. They are very well behaved and clean as well. I would get them two weekends a month. They go home Sunday at 6:00 p.m.when i have them. I would prefer to pay rent weekly every Saturday, but if monthly is a better option I could do that as well.
