Hi, my name is Luis. I’m relocating to Rhode Island from the NJ/Philly area and looking for a clean, peaceful, respectful place to live as I make this transition.

I’m the founder of Voices In Power, a poetry and live arts platform that hosts events in different cities around the country. Because of that, I travel about 3–5 times a month for work/events, so I’m not home all the time. When I am home, I’m usually writing, working, resting, or keeping to myself.

I’m clean, communicative, considerate, and pretty low-key at home. I value a calm living environment, direct communication, and mutual respect. I’m not looking for a party house or a chaotic space. I’d love to live somewhere that feels comfortable, safe, and easy to come home to.

I do have a 5-year-old son who may be with me half the week.

Ideally, I’m looking for a private bedroom, preferably with a private bathroom, in Providence, Pawtucket, or nearby. Furnished is a plus, utilities included is a plus, and I’m open to shared housing as long as the household is respectful, clean, and communicative.
