I’m relocating to Fresno for a new job in nonprofit management and have spent the past 10 years helping vulnerable populations live their best life. I love the work I do and am a very responsible, reliable tenant who always pays rent on time.

I’m friendly, and respectful, but my work can be intense, so I spend 90% relaxing in my room, using virtual reality tech, playing piano, or exploring or training with my dog, Bruce. He’s a 17-pound miniature schnauzer who is very well trained, friendly, and hypoallergenic — everyone who meets him falls in love with him.

I’m also very clean and respectful, and I take pride in keeping both my space and common areas tidy. I’m looking for a clean room in a quiet, safe, drama-free home and neighborhood. I am ready to move in asap.
