I’m responsible, respectful, and easy to live with. I keep shared spaces clean, communicate openly, and am mindful of noise and others’ schedules. I have a steady routine, work consistently, and value a calm, comfortable home environment. I’m a considerate housemate, no drama, no partying, and I always handle responsibilities like rent and utilities on time. I’m friendly but also respect personal space, and I get along well with different personalities. I do have two adult children (21 and 23) who may stay the occasional night here or there, but they’re respectful and low-key.
