I’m entering a new chapter. Empty nest. Divorced. My girlfriend lives in Groton and I’d like to live closer to her part-time, as I travel for work. (We are reunited high school sweethearts) I am VERY neat and tidy and I’m a minimalist. I work remotely as a Creative Director. I prefer to pay up-front from 6 mo to 1 yr so there aren’t any issues with rent. I’m not a big partier but I’m fine with those around me enjoying themselves.
