Looking for individual roommate to move into my townhome with me!

About me: I have a quiet(!) and friendly 8 year old husky who loves other dogs more than me, and gets along freakishly well with cats. I’m also quiet (noise-level-wise) and friendly, and I don’t bring over unannounced guests, and I’d prefer another woman who is the same, but will also consider men. I am currently not working while I recover from a medical incident, but if you WFH, I’m quiet and non-disruptive.

I am in the process of purchasing a large townhome in Stephenson, VA, and will be moving there in May. It doesn’t currently have a fenced in yard, but will by the summer. I’m looking for a roommate to take over the larger (and furnished) of the two guest bedrooms, which has its own separate bathroom. There is also a third small bedroom, which can be included for use as an office if desired (for an additional monthly cost).

I’m down for a roommate who is also a friend, or someone who views home as a place to crash/recover only. I pay for full house cleaning every other week. I’m cleanly in that I can’t stand dirty dishes or other stuff sitting overnight, but prefer to have someone else come in to clean every two weeks because scrubbing showers sucks, let’s be real. Inclusion of pets, while welcome, will also be extra per month. :)
