I am relocating from St. Louis for a new job. My problem is a past broken lease and ruined credit score, both from a difficult divorce. For the right circumstance I am open to potentially covering all of or majority of rent in exchange for getting a lease approved. Depending on the roommate’s schedules it’s likely we will barely cross paths as I work nights 8pm-8am. Im super clean, flexible and very easygoing.
