Hello, My name is Andrew. I’m 36-Male.

• I am looking to move before August 2026. (Sooner is better)

• I cook so having a kitchen is a must.

• I am clean and pick up after myself.

• I have my own furniture for my room.

• (Optional) I have a very high quality Phillips Brand Espresso Machine & Toaster-Oven that I could bring if you would like, for shared kitchen that anyone is welcome to use.

• I work remote as a transcriptionist. I also have Disability Income

• I am open to hanging out with roommates if we share common interests. Otherwise I keep to myself for the most part during my free time.

• I have a Tuxedo cat. She is an indoor-cat and she’s absolutely wonderful. She is spade and up to date on all vaccines. I can provide documentation from Vet if needed.

• My hobbies are Reading Books (I Read Alot), Listening to Music (I use Headphones), Gaming (I use a Headset), Dungeons & Dragons-5e online with friends. I also enjoy historical documentaries and Old-World Art such as Ancient Greek, Roman and Egyptian. Every summer I enjoy going taking a trip to the Yearly Historical Exhibits at the Smithsonian Museums in Washington DC for ancient cultures.
