Hello! I am looking for a room with a private bathroom that is as close to downtown Wilsonville as possible as my job is near there. I work a hybrid shift Monday-Friday in which I am at work from 5am to 10:30am and then I WFH until 1:30pm.

I enjoy snowboarding, hiking, video games, reading, and anime/animated shows and films. I’m minimalist and prefer to keep things clean and organized so that it is not a headache later. I’m an early riser and enjoy slow mornings with coffee and light exercise or yoga. At home, I mostly keep to myself/room and often have noise canceling headphones on.

I can pay multiple months of rent up front, provide references, and I am open to both background and credit checks.
