Looking for a small studio or unfurnished room… and maybe a good story or two.

Hello! My name is Henry. I’m a tree-hugging, aspiring stand-up comedian who’s on the hunt for an affordable place to call home. I pay my rent, clean up after myself, and occasionally tell jokes that are much better than my cooking.

If you’re the kind of person who misses the days when rent didn’t require a second mortgage and a slice of New York pizza cost a buck and a quarter, we’ll probably get along just fine. I’d be more than happy to sit on the porch, share a cup of coffee, and reminisce about the good old days—before every apartment listing required “first, last, security, your firstborn, and a blood sample.”

I’m easygoing, respectful, employed full-time, and spend most of my free time writing comedy, enjoying nature, or wondering how a cardboard box in New York suddenly became “luxury micro-living.”
