Hi! I’m Jackie, and looking for someone to fill a bedroom + private bathroom. Its a 2 bed 2 baths in the Northwood Irvine area. The current lease ends late August. Rent and utilities are typically around 1600 a month but may increase as I would be renewing the lease but most likely not significantly.

I may be open to also finding a new place in Irvine but would like it to be in a similar price range.

A little about me: I graduated from UCI and work hybrid. In my free time I enjoy going to pilates and grabbing coffee, going out for dinner/drinks, the beach, gym/walks, cooking and baking, doing crafts, and going to concerts or events. On weekends, my partner, or sister often visit, so it would be nice if my housemate is okay with this. I have no pets. I am clean and organized.
