Hi! I’m looking for a room starting April 1. Preferably Manhattan and large enough to fit a bed and desk since I am 100% remote. I’m very considerate and clean. I’m not a noisy person and don’t like excessive noise either. I would like to be on friendly terms with any potential roommates. I like my home to be calm place to come back to after a day or night out. I also have to very friendly cats who will adopt you and your lap. Prefer female/femme or LGBTQ+ male roommates in their 30s, but open. Clean, respectful, and on the calm side are important to me in a roommate.
