Hello,

I am a UC student attaining my second BA. And applying to Grad school this Fall 2025 and next Fall if I need to. I spend most of my time at home studying. Or I am at school, the library or a coffee shops studying. And I weekly yoga and ballet.

I have done LIVE SCAN and background checks for teaching and Nanny jobs, and can do one for you. Once we speak I will give you all the details you ask for. Including excellent references from school.

I keep a clean and calm place to live in, to help my studies . And to show I appreciate the people I rent from by taking care of the place I am in.

I am looking for a temporary four months rental or sublet. I will probably leave a few days early as I have plans to move into a new home with my partner.
