Im friendly, well mannered, cool, clean, respectful and a considerate professional looking for someone renting out their 2 bedroom house or townhouse in the Varina High School district to me and my 17 year old daughter. She is also very clean shy and respectful. New to VA and just feeling out the area to see where I want to purchase a home. Looking to stay for about 1 year or longer. My needs are to have my own bathroom preferably in a master suite or within a bedroom. This is negotiable but highly preferred as I don’t like sharing my bathroom. I need ALL bills included with wifi, washer/dryer in the home available for use, and parking preferably on the property but does not have to be as long as there is ease of parking and not on main streets where there is traffic and I am competing with others for parking. Also, open to us having company for a couple days to a week. This will be a rarity but nice to have if a family member visits. Willing to pay extra for the nights spent at a prorated cost of the rent daily.
