I’m a 59 y/o retired male, and I’m looking to rent a room in OV, Marana, or SW Tucson. I have an excellent credit score and renter record as well as a clean background. I’ve been at my current address for 1-3/4 years; unfortunately, the house is on the market, and I will need to move by the end of October or possibly a bit later. My budget is $650 (including utilities.) I’m social, but I’m perfectly fine with solitude. Even though I enjoy pets - especially cats, I have none.
