Hi I’m a recently single working mother of 2 ages 18 and 9. I’m looking for a room to rent asap as where I’m currently living they’re needing to do repairs to my living space and I’d be in the way of that effective 6/30/26. My 18 year old will be leaving soon for school. And it’ll just be my 9 year old daughter and I. I work from home full time I don’t smoke or drink or do drugs of any kind. I’m very clean and private. We’re in a situation due to being priced out of our home as the rent continued to go up $100 each year I lived in my last residence for 5 years and have no family in the area. My current landlord and I have a great rapport
