Hello my name is Dakota I am looking for a room to rent. I can pay up to $700 if bills are included or calculated in. The ideal situation would be something with my own bathroom, access or allowed to use outside space, and reasonable access to public transportation, however I can be flexible so these are not deal breakers. That said I also expect a reasonable, reliable, and flexible roommate. My living situation currently is complicated so there is no strict move out date just soon. I will be honest my credit is terrible but that’s because of debt, I am good with paying rent every month on time. If you need me to still show my credit I will do the credit score check on here at the beginning of may. Do not ask me to do either background or credit checks on some random application. If you don’t like what roomies uses we can discuss alternatives, but it needs to be reasonable and safe and have good justification. My plan for how long I will stay is long enough to get on to low income housing in the area. I am a quiet, honest, responsible reliable, friendly, nerdy, eccentric, nature loving person who likes to keep to themselves. I am legally blind and recieve ssi this is my income. I am genderfluid, non binary and i use all pronouns, queer, and bisexual. I am neurodivergent. I am an agnostic pagan. Utilize both holistic and conventional medicines.
